We ARE open for business.
We are opertating under normal business hours. Monday through Friday, 7:30-5:00 and Saturday 7:30-Noon.
There are still certain measures in place at our stores practicing safe, social distancing. These may vary from location to location but please be sure to follow Red Power guidelines put in place via in-store signage. We appreciate your business and understanding.
PARTS: In addition to in-store transactions we are still able to assist you with parts orders placed over the phone for pickup. Call our parts department and make arrangements for order pickup. If you are wanting to know if we have a particular part in-stock, give us a call to verify.
SERVICE: Our service technicians will continue service on your equipment in our shops and in the field, with added safeguards:
- Scheduling - Please call our store to schedule support or address any questions or concerns about work in progress.
- Equipment Pickup & Delivery - Once service has been scheduled and/or completed, we will call you to discuss details related to pick-up or delivery of equipment and work to minimize unnecessary contact.
- Shop & Field Service - Whether your equipment is brought in or we goto the field, our service technicians will take added precautions to wipe down contact areas like door handles, steering wheels and controls to provide added safety.
SALES: Appointments to see certain equipment can be set up with salesman on one to one basis over the phone. Give us a call.
AFS: Please call our store or precision farming specialists to schedule support or address any questions or concerns about GPS related equipment.
