INTERESTED IN A CAREER IN AG OR DIESEL TECHNOLOGY?

We are the Red Power Team. A family owned CASE/IH agriculture equipment dealership with ten locations spanning across north Iowa. Our locations are in Bancroft, Corwith, Estherville, Greene, Humboldt, Mason City, Manson, New Hampton, Spencer and West Bend.

Our company has immediate and long term career opportunities for service technicians and agriculture technology positions(GPS). We firmly believe that by identifying and engaging with students and their agriculture career goals, as early as their sophomore year, we can provide long-term career opportunities for students and help to further enhance the school’s agriculture related programs and curriculum. The Red Power Team works very closely with area tech schools that provide the training needed for careers in Ag Equipment and Diesel Technology.

We are hosting a career and recruiting forum on Saturday, March 23, 2024. We are inviting students, parents and instructors to attend this informative event at our Mason City, IA location. If you are receiving this as an instructor we ask and urge you to share this with interested students and parents ASAP. Representatives from Iowa Lakes Community College, Northwest Community College, North Iowa Community College and Iowa Central Community College will be on hand to provide information to students and parents on the Ag & Diesel Technology programs that you may be interested in attending following graduation from High School.
